If you scored more on the female side of leadership, you have strengths to build on in getting things done both on the job and in your personal life.  Men have one way of accomplishing tasks and this is the way most organizations are structured.  They are arranged in hierarchies with clear descriptions of who reports to whom whereas women tend to be more inclusive.

Corporations usually are not comfortable with most women’s natural skill in tuning into the emotions of others, drawing out diverse ideas, and including many people in the discussion.  Sometimes that is not always the best way to get things done.  For example, in a military battle, it works better to have one person in command and clear marching orders.

However, in situations where there’s no clear solution and anyone could have a new, wonderful idea, the female style usually has clear advantages.  Typically, the woman’s skill in building deep and human relationships is important and helps in times of change.  So does the typically feminine skill in intuiting problems and solutions and reaching across barriers to get support from unusual sources.
